150 g all purpose flour
2 tablespoons matcha
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
50 g brown sugar
115 g butter, melted
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
80 g white chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon matcha
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
How to make :
1.In a bowl, mix together the flour, matcha, baking powder and salt.
2.Add eggs, butter and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture until well blended.
3.Enter white chocolate, stir.
4.Pour the mixture into a 20×20 cm pan that has been covered with baking paper.
5.Bake in the oven at 180⁰C for 20 minutes.
6.Remove brownies from oven, let cool in a baking dish.
7.Remove the brownies from the pan and garnish with the topping ingredients. Cut into pieces and serve.
