Seblak is an Indonesian food that is known to have originated from Bandung, West Java, which has a lot of savory and spicy taste ingredients. Made from wet crackers cooked with vegetables and protein sources such as eggs, chicken, seafood or processed beef, and cooked with kencur
2 handfuls of raw crackers
1/4 small packet of egg noodles
1 handful of raw macaroni
5 meatballs (cut into 4 pieces)
4 stalks of green mustard greens
to taste Water
2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 tsp broth seasoning
to taste Salt
Ground chilies :
11 red chilies
7 red bird’s eye chilies
Ground spices :
4 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 cm galangan
Saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked, set aside in the side of the pan.
Mix the eggs, wait half cooked, then scramble the eggs when the eggs are cooked then add the water, wait for the water to boil.
Enter the crackers, macaroni and meatballs, wait for all of them to be half cooked, then add the ground chilli noodles, salt & Royco to mix well.
Add the cooked vegetables until the vegetables are cooked, taste the first and then ready to be enjoyed.
