In this recipe, we will share a complete tutorial on how to cook chicken dim sum easily and certainly no less delicious.
4 pieces of chicken breast fillets
3 tablespoons tapioca flour
1 tablespoon flour
to taste Salt
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 carrots (grated)
5 cloves of garlic (puree)
Sufficiently celery leaves
2 chicken eggs
How to make :
Grind / mince chicken fillets, wash
After that put it in a rather large container
Cut the celery leaves and spring onions and put them in a container filled with chicken
Then add the mashed garlic
Add 3 tablespoons of tapioca flour and 1 tablespoon of flour
Put pepper, sugar, salt, oyster sauce
Add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Put 2 eggs
Then stir all the ingredients until well blended
Prepare dumpling skin, apply a little water
Place the dough in the middle of the dumpling skin, then shape it, for the adhesive use a little water to make it stick more
After all, add the grated carrots on top
Steam with boiling water for – + 30 minutes
Wait until the color is yellowish and the filling is done
For the sauce. Use chili sauce, pepper, sesame oil, and a little flavor. Mix with hot water. Then stir until blended.
