THE RECIPE FOR MARSHMALLOW COOKIES

Marshmallow cookies have a chewy texture, because there are marshmallows as an extra topping. These cookies are a paradise for kids, but adults will love them too.

Not only filled with chocolate chips, but this cookie dough is also mixed with fluffy marshmallows. It is easy to make, but the taste is more unique, and it looks really interesting.

You can make your own marshmellow cookies at home, it’s more cost-effective. The method is easy, the ingredients are relatively simple.

Ingredients :

Dry material :

160 grams of medium protein flour

10 gr cornstarch

20 gr powdered milk

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

Other materials :

50 gr butter

60 gr margarine butter

80 gr Light brown sugar

80 gr powdered sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1 btr Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract

150 gr Choco chips

15 large marshmallows

manufacturing steps :

Cut the marshmallows in half, put them in the freezer for a while until they are slightly hardened to make it easier to print cookies. Mix together and sift dry ingredients, set aside.

Beat butter, margarine butter, light brown sugar, powdered sugar and salt for about 2 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beat well for about 1 minute.

Add dry ingredients and choco chips. Stir briefly until well blended. Cover the plastic and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take the dough with a cookie scoop (size 1 tbsp), place and press the marshmallows into it and then trim until it is covered in dough. Place it on a baking sheet that has been covered with a base.

Bake in preheated oven at 175 ° C for 14 minutes. Remove from oven, allow 1 minute to cool down then press lightly with a spoon. Wait until it hardens a little, then transfer it to the cooling rack until it cools completely before storing it in the jar.
