6 mint leaves
3 strawberries, halved each
3 egg yolks
1 egg white

Mousse ingredients :
250 grams of whipped cream, beat half the cream
3 sheets of gelatin, soak in cold water, drain
250 ml of liquid milk
100 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
100 grams of dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Pot material :
200 grams of white cooking chocolate, melt
10 grams of milk cooking chocolate, melt
20 drops of orange dye
- Cake, beat eggs, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Enter the flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, and baking powder while sifting and stirring evenly. Pour in the butter and chocolate paste mixture, stirring evenly.
- Place in a 20x20x3 cm greased, paper-lined baking sheet. Bake on low heat 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until cooked. Cut into 1 cm squares.
- Pot, apply melted chocolate on a large silicone cup cake. Chill. Mouse, mix milk, sugar, salt, egg yolk and cornstarch. Stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick and bubbly. Turn off the fire. Add gelatin. Let it cool down. Shake gently.
- Put a little whipped cream into the milk mixture, whipping slowly. Spray it into the pot. Sprinkle the cake. Place a sprig of mint leaves and strawberry slices. Good luck 🙂
