Soft cookies are very suitable to be enjoyed with a glass of milk, the texture of soft cookies will taste even chewy, from children to adults too.
To make soft cookies, one of the important keys is not to overbaked these cookies. The roasting process really needs attention. For details, just follow the steps for making it below.
110 grams of melted butter, cool to room temperature
50 grams of brown sugar (brown sugar)
50 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 grams of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt

How to make :
Combine dry ingredients such as flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Stir with a balloon whisk.
Add one egg and vanilla extract. Stir again until blended.
Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until thoroughly combined. Once blended, put the remaining flour into the dough.
Add the choco chips to the mixture and mix well.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the next day.
Remove from refrigerator, take about 15 grams of dough and form a round shape. Place in the pan. Give distance from one dough to another.
Flatten all the dough in the pan, keeping the size so that it is not too thick or thin.
Add the chocolate jam on top of the flattened cookie dough. Make sure the position remains in the middle.
Take and flatten the dough again, this time weighing 12 grams. Place this mixture to cover the surface of the cookies. Cover tightly and trim using your fingers.
To keep the shape, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
