EASY AND TASTY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE RECIPES!

200 grams of chocolate bars

150 grams of butter

100 grams of sugar

4 chicken eggs, separate the yolks and whites

250 ml heavy cream

180 ml of liquid milk

120 grams of sugar

3 chicken egg yolks

2 tablespoons instant coffee (can be dispensed with)

2 tablespoons cold water

1 tablespoon corn starch

1 tablespoon gelatin powder

How to make chocolate cake :

Melt chocolate bars, butter, ground salt and vanilla. Chill. Note: Use chocolate bars of prime quality for maximum flavor

Enter the egg yolks one by one, stirring until the chocolate mixture thickens.

In a separate bowl, mixer egg white and sugar until stiff.

Enter the egg white mixture into the melted chocolate dough little by little. Stir until well blended. Finally, add the chocolate powder and stir again. Note: Use prime quality chocolate powder for maximum color and flavor

Place the chocolate cake dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes / until done (depending on the conditions of each oven 😉).

Making mousse: Beat egg yolks and sugar until pale. Enter the corn starch and liquid milk. Stir it up.

Then heat the mousse mixture over low heat until it thickens. Enter the vanilla and add instant coffee, stir.

Mix the gelatin with water and cook on low heat until the gelatin dissolves. Add to the mousse mixture. Stir it up.

Pour the heavy cream into a bowl, mixer until stiff. Then put the chocolate mousse mixture into the cream bowl little by little and stir until all the dough is perfectly combined.

After the cake is cold, spread with chocolate mousse dough until the entire surface of the cake is evenly covered. Sprinkle with chocolate powder and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours.
