Paprika is usually only a part of cooking in the form of small pieces. But in this menu called Stuffed bell peppers, paprika will be presented as a ‘bowl’ that can be eaten.

6 bell peppers (green, red & yellow)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 grain of onion, chopped
5 grains of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon hot curry powder (hot madras curry powder)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
150 g cooked rice.
100 g of ground beef
100 g frozen peas, boil for a moment
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh, chopped oregano
1 teaspoon salt

HOW TO COOK :
- Paprika container. Wash paprika clean then cut the top, clean the seeds in it. Prepare a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, boil the peppers for 3 to 4 minutes until a little tender. Lift, then drain until dry.
- Chop the remaining pieces of paprika. Heat olive oil, saute peppers and onions. Add garlic, curry powder and ginger, cook for 2 minutes. Then pour the spices into a bowl, add rice, ground meat, peas, tomatoes, chopped cilantro and oregano, stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Preheat oven 180 C. Fill pieces of paprika with the mixture made, apply olive oil on top. Place it on a flat baking sheet, then bake for 40-45 minutes until all ingredients are cooked.
