The main ingredient :

  • 200 gram ramen noodle
  • Ingredients for sauce:
  • 100 gram sukiyaki meat
  • Green mustard 3 sticks
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • 5 red cayenne peppers
  • 2 pieces of large red chili
  • Ginger kuleb 1 cm
  • 600 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish oil
  • Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Maize flour 1 tsp
  • Mericabubuk ¼ tsp
  • Supplementary material:
  • Mushrooms to taste
  • Boiled eggs
  • Leeks sliced

How to make :

  1. Puree cayenne, red chili and ginger.
  2. Garlic finely chopped.
  3. Cut the mustard greens.
  4. Boil ramen noodles.
  5. Heat cooking oil and sesame oil, then saute the spice paste until fragrant.
  6. Add sukiyaki, then stir and wait until the color changes.
  7. Pour the chicken stock, then add the other ingredients.
  8. Pour the cornstarch solution, bring to a boil.
  9. Add ramen noodles, stir well.
  10. After enough, lift and turn off the stove.
  11. Pour into a bowl, then add the ingredients on top.
  12. Tasty spicy broth ramen noodles ready to be served.
