1 tablespoon of ebi
5 cloves of garlic
6 dried chilies
How to make tom yam soup :
Smear shrimp, squid, and fish with 1/2 tablespoon of lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
Tom yam seasoning, fried ebi, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant. Lift and blender with the oil.
Boil shrimp broth, tom yam seasoning, lemongrass, lime leaves and galangal until fragrant.
Add shrimp, squid, fish, mushroom, red chili, fish sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until it boils.
Add acidic water. Stir well. Add lemon juice. Stir well.
