In Greece, there is a type of ice coffee that is famous and unique because it is made with special techniques. This coffee is called Kopi Frappe. The way to make it is quite easy, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
Necessary materials :
360 ml of coffee
120 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
360 ml of ice cubes
How to make :
Prepare 360 milliliters of coffee in advance. how, simply dissolve 4 tablespoons of coffee with 180 milliliters of water or use 360 milliliters of ground coffee marinade concentrate.
Soak the coffee in cold water overnight (a cold brew technique and is optional). The process of the cold brew technique lasts for about 12 hours.
If you don’t want to soak it overnight, you can use cold brewing techniques with ice. This technique is also called the Japanese-style iced coffee technique and the process can be done faster than the previous technique.
Add sweetener to the coffee. To quickly dissolve, add sweeteners or sugar when the coffee is still hot or can also use sugar that has been thawed.
After getting cold coffee, make a frappé by putting cold coffee into the blender and pouring 120 milliliters of milk into it.
Add ice to the frappé to be blended if necessary.
Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour the frappé mixture into a glass, and the delicious Greek special frappe is ready to be served.
