This cake comes from America. For those of you who like chocolate and soft Marshmellow cream, it’s worth trying this one recipe.
You don’t need to bother coming to expensive cafes or restaurants. You can make this special snack from Europe and America at home. In addition to being consumed alone or with family, you can also make this cake as a birthday gift for your relatives.

½ cup melted butter
200 g sugar
200 g of milk powder
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
400 g of wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
100 g of cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 glass of Marshmellow Cream
How to make :
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and spread the pan with butter.
To make the skin, mix the cream with ½ cup of butter and sugar. Add eggs, powdered milk and vanilla then stir until smooth.
Take a bowl or other container and add salt flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.
Enter the flour mixture with sugar mixture slowly while stirring. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
Print the dough on a heated baking pan, give a spacing of about 7 cm to each of the dough molds because the dough will coalesce when it’s expanded.
Heat it for about 6 to 8 minutes until it hardens slightly. Allow a few minutes to cool.
For Marshmellow cream stuffing: mix in ½ cup of butter, sugar flour, flavoring and marshmellow cream, puree. Layer on top of one skin and cover with another skin.
Moonpies are ready to be served.
