Korean Cheese Garlic Bread has recently been viral among culinary lovers.

Bread with cream cheese topping and a splash of onion mixture is different from the usual European-style garlic bread. Korean Garlic Cheese Bread is made using soft round bread. The bread which is split into 6 parts has a crunchy texture on the outside and soft on the inside.

Let’s look at the manufacturing steps!

Ingredients Bread :

26 tablespoons of high protein flour (260g)
4g Instant Yeast
1.5 tbsp Sugar (30g)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
120ml Full Cream Milk
1 egg
20g Butter / Margarine

Cheese Ingredients :

1 block of Quick Melt Cheese

Garlic Butter Ingredients :

12.5 tbsp Margarine (150g) – thaw
1 egg
35g Garlic (3-4 cloves)
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 tablespoons Honey (optional)
2 tablespoons Sweetened Condensed (optional)

Roast Session

  1. 180 ° C (Up + Down) 15-20 minutes
  2. 160 ° C (Up + Down) 10 minutes
    (adjust to each oven) Here I made 2 versions, 1 original version, 1 more with additional sausages. For the original recipe, for the cheese topping using cream cheese (200g Cream Cheese + 30g Sugar + 50g Whipped Cream) For simplicity, I just use quick melt cheese. How easy right?
