Korea has patbingsu. Consists of a mixture of shaved ice, a variety of fresh fruit, kidney beans, to ice cream. Served in a bowl that is guaranteed to make full.
Dessert and sweet snacks typical of South Korea means ‘Red Bean Rice’. Initially a simple red bean ice dish served with sweet rice cake slices, known as injeolmi.
100 gr boiled red beans
100 gr canned lychees
Sweetened condensed milk to taste
Various jellies ready to use, diced
Vanilla ice cream is ready to use
How to make :
Peel the mangoes, cut into cubes.
Mix lychees, mangoes, kidney beans, and various jellies.
Add one vanilla ice cream scoop, add sweetened condensed milk on top.
Patbingsu is ready to be served.
