500 g of wheat flour

100 g of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch of salt

200 g of butter, thawed

400 g of sugar

4 eggs

200 g of sour cream

1/2 cup of milk

1 ounce of red food coloring

2 teaspoons liquid vanilla

Cream Ingredients:

1 cup of vanilla whipped cream

1 cup whipped cream cheese

How to make:

Prepare a muffin mold then coat it with a paper cup. Heat the mold to 170 degrees Celsius.

Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Blend the butter with sugar using a mixer at medium speed for approximately 5 minutes until smooth.

Add eggs, puree, then add sour cream, milk, food coloring and vanilla. Mix until blended. Then put the mixture into a paper cup until it meets half of it. Heat for about 20 minutes then remove.

Mix vanilla and cheese whipped cream and garnish with cake.
