How To Make Apple Pie At Home Easily!

Who doesn’t like apple pie? The pie with the main contents of apple cider was originally from England. However, as time goes by Americans always bring apple pie in casual meals or holiday meals.

The pie becomes diverse and starts to make many different forms. Some of the flavors used as pie contents are blueberries, cheese, strawberries and chocolate. There are also pies that are innovated with fla and fruits that are refreshing and ready to be eaten for breakfast and daily snacks.

Let’s look at apple pie recipes that are easy and practical for home.

Leather material:

6 medium sized apples, peeled and thinly sliced.

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon butter Additional ingredients:

Granulated sugar to taste

How to make :

Mix the flour and salt together. Add frozen butter.

Stir using a pastry knife or two knives until the texture becomes small granules but the butter can still be seen. Add ice water.

Stir until even and can be formed round. Cover with plastic and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the skin mixture from the refrigerator. Divide in half and roll 1 part of the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm on the surface sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the plate / pie mold with a little flour. Place the pie crust on it.

For contents, mix all ingredients into one (except butter) in a container. Pour the apple slices into a pie container. Add the buttered pieces on top.

Grind the remaining pie crust mixture. Cut into pieces lengthwise. Cover the pie with the skin. Tidy up the sides.

Brush the surface of the pie with eggs and sprinkle with sugar. Place the plate / pie mold on another baking sheet lined with baking paper. The point is if there is apple cider that comes out, it doesn’t spill anywhere.
