120 grams of dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
refined sugar to taste
Step by step:
- Melt DCC and butter
Set aside 20 grams of DCC to cut into pieces. Melt 100 grams of DCC in a non-stick container in boiling water, set aside. Melt the butter too, set aside.
- Refined sugar and beaten eggs
Beat the refined sugar and eggs until fluffy. After that, enter the flour. Stir well. Mix DCC and melted butter into the mixture. Mix well with a spatula.
- Steam for 2 minutes
Prepare a buttered mold. Pour the mixture into it. Steam for 2 minutes first. Then, put the DCC pieces (from 20 grams of DCC) into the mixture in the mold. Steam again for about 8 minutes until cooked.
- Lava cake can be more beautiful served with sliced strawberries or mint leaves. If you want it to taste sweeter, you can sprinkle it with refined sugar. Food alone is indeed said to give satisfaction and a different sensation. Come immediately practice at home!
